Kristi is very knowledgeable and attentive. She takes the time to make adjustments and ensure maximum benefit from each movement - focusing on form and controlled movement. She caters each session to your goals…every session is challenging & restorative. Highly recommend in general, but especially for moms postpartum to regain/improve overall strength & strengthen pelvic floor.

Kristi is fabulous! I’ve been seeing her for a few years. She always has new exercises so it’s not the same thing every session. She’s also very thoughtful with any injuries I have (and I always have a lot!)
