About Kristi
Kristi Chaussard, a Pilates Educator and Influencer who has trained Pilates teachers in dynamic and athletic movement in the US, Australia, UAE, England, Europe and Canada, has spent a lifetime in athletics and fitness training. She has been at peak fitness and also lived through debilitating injuries and setbacks. An avid learner, she understands the essentiality of movement to living a healthy life, but that movement has to serve the mover. There are key movement elements essential to keeping us strong and energetic. Though intensities change with life stages, these key elements must remain in order to fully enjoy our lives outside the studio. That is the ultimate goal: let movement serve the greater purpose of enabling you to do what you love most outside of your workout time. This is Vi.
